Internet addicts have found a brand new way of insulting actors – by hurling abuses on their social networking sites, blogs or even homepages.

Their accounts on Twitter started their own websites or began writing blogs.

Take the case of actor Aamir Khan. The actor recently faced one of the most venomous abuses when someone posted a message on his website questioning Aamir’s post where he talks about one of the most painful experiences of his life – his wife Kiran Rao’s miscarriage. The person inferred that it was just a publicity stunt. Without reporting the person, Aamir just said,

“Whoever you are, may God help you.”

Even actor Amitabh Bachchan has been through a similar situation.

“Yes, there are some posts and responses that are not shown on my blog. It is because they are unfit for postings,” says Amitabh.

This might come as a surprise to all of you but Aamir Khan, who has been criss-crossing the country in disguise to promote his new film “3 Idiots“, has been denied permission to spend a day with the Indian Army’s cadets at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

“The film star had sent a request to the defence ministry to spend a day at OTA. But it has been declined and the ministry has not given any reason for it,” sources said. Aamir wanted to interact with the cadets and wanted to see their lives from close quarter.

Nearly 500 cadets from the Short Service Commission cadre pass out from the military institution every year. It is yet not clear whether Aamir wanted to spend a day at the army institution for his future project or to promote “3 Idiots” releasing this Friday.

‘Taare Zameen Par’, ‘Ghajini’ and now ‘3 Idiots’, Aamir Khan clearly considers Christmas week the best time to release his films, but the superstar says it is a co-incidence and not superstition that has resulted in the trend.

Despite his claim, Khan does agree that the date has worked wondegnrs for him and now hopes to be a third time lucky.

The actor’s directorial debut ‘Taare Zameen Par’ which was released on Christmas in 2007 went onto win a National Award while last year’s December release ‘Ghajini’ broke all box office records.

“I hope to be third time lucky with ‘3 Idiots’ but the release date is more of a coincidence than a planned move. I am not superstitious. Ghajini was supposed to be an October release, but it had to be postponed to December because I was injured,” Aamir told news agency.

Aamir Khan is suffering from the ‘worries of before release’. This time Aamir’s forthcoming flick “3- idiots” is ready for the release and going to hit the floors on the theaters shortly. To avoid his ‘release stress’ he wants to break his swear of quit smoking.

Mr. Perfectionist has recently finished shooting of his upcoming flick ‘3- idiots’ which is based on the famous novel of author Chetan Bhagat’s “Five Point Someone”. Aamir is nervous upon the reaction of the audiences for his forthcoming flick.

The actor has quoted in his blog that he was busy in his work for the upcoming flick 3-idiots for last one week and they have finished the last song of the movie. The movie has been finished the way they wanted. This is the stress and nervousness of a flick before release, what will be the reaction of the flick on box office and by the audiences.

He also mentioned that all these worries are forcing him to start smoking again but he will not smoke since he quit his addiction for some noble cause.

Mrs. Clinton, who is on an India visit presently, attended a special interactive session with the students of Xavier College in Mumbai on Saturday. Bollywood star Aamir Khan, who’s the brand ambassador of the education campaign Teach India, shared the dais with her.

“It is a great delight to be here with Aamir Khan, who is not only a Bollywood icon but also the great advocate for education….I am here to see how US and India can work for the common cause of education, which is the great equaliser and gateway to opportunities,” Mrs. Clinton said.

Aamir, who made his directorial debut with a sensitive film ‘Taare Zameen Par’ about problems faced by a dyslexic child in school, said the modern education should be directed towards making kids creative and original in thought rather than filling information in their heads through memorization. Khan is optimistic that with right reforms in the education system, many positive changes could be achieved in just a quarter century.

A star like Aamir Khan had to stand in a queue to take the autograph for his children. It might sound strange but it actually happened with the versatile actor who is known is penchant for off-beats movies.

Actually Aamir had visited the theme park Disneyland with his children, giving them time after he has taken a Sabbath from his busy schedule.

In the Disneyland a large number of children were take pictures with their favorite carton characters. It was then when Aamir’s children expressed the desire to get pictured with the cartoon characters. Aamir being a responsible and loving father joined the queue to fulfil the wishes of his children. He said that he was repeating the lines which everyday get listen that My Children are a great fans of yours.

So Aamir it is just not you who has millions of fans, cartoon characters are equally popular amongst children.

Rumours are rife in the industry circles that Aamir Khan wants to have an item song in his home production Delhi Belly and is on the look out for an A list actress to perform it.

From what we have heard from industry sources, Aamir, the master planner wants to give his medium budget production, Delhi Belly starring nephew Imran Khan the big push by roping in a big starlet for an item song.

The song is not a gimmick but a part of the film. Sources further reveal, “Apparently, Aamir first tried it out with his 3 Idiot’s co-star Kareena but since she is busy with shooting commitments she could not allot her dates.

Roping of current flavour of the season Priyanka Chopra also crossed his mind but it seems it may be too much of an ego issue for him, since his request for a screen test for her during the casting of Ghajini had not gone down to well for her.

As Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Ghajini vye to capture audience attention, it is once again the clash of titans at the Box-Office.

Both Shah Rukh and Aamir claim their right to stardom’s ace seat. But as far as Three Idiots which incidentally is what Aamir’s next film is called, is concerned the actor says the title should go to the three Khans of Bollywood.

“My next film Three Idiots will have me playing the character of an idiot along with Sharman and Madhavan but Shah Rukh Khan, Salman and I are the three idiots of the film industry,” Aamir joked on a tour to the capital to promote Ghajini.

The actor tried to avoid questions from the fans about the infamous fight between Shah Rukh and Salman. “Fight! how can I dare to fight with Shah Rukh. He is a very good friend and I have a lot of respect and love for him.”
