Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai is very excited about the prospect of working with husband Abhishek Bachchan once more.

“It’s a really exciting thought for me and Abhishek to be coming together again with Mani Ratnam. All I can say about the film is that it goes into a completely different theme from ‘Guru’,” Aishwarya, who turned 35 today, told an Indian newspaper.

You can’t expect Mani sir to go into the same space twice. Working with him is an exciting thought for any actor. The way he connects to his actors is very clear in the films that he makes. He creates magic on screen,” she added.

Talking about her last film with Mani and Abhishek, Guru, she says, “It has been a very precious experience on every level, and not just on a personal level. I’d say it was professionally very fulfilling.”

tn_abhishek Big B recovering, Abhishek Bachchan tells mediaAmitabh Bachchan, who is undergoing treatment for abdominal pain at Lilavati hospital, is in a stable condition and the tests conducted on him do not suggest any abnormality, doctors attending on him said on Sunday.

Bachchan on Saturday underwent a blood investigation and CT scan of the abdomen. “Amitabh Bachchan had a restful night and doctors attending on him are pleased with his recovery. The tests do not suggest any abnormality. Under the circumstances medicines have worked and within a few days he should go home,” Dr Narendra Trivedi, Vice President of Lilavati hospital said.

Earlier in the morning, the actor’s son Abhishek came to the hospital and was informed by a team of doctors about the line of treatment and the medication being given to his ailing father.

ashBollywood’s supercouple Abhishek and Aishwarya are heading to God’s own country - Kerala for filming Mani Ratnam’s Ravan.

According to sources, Mani has already selected the site, which is a dense forest near Athirapally waterfalls. Abhi-Ash will arrive at the location next week and till then Mani will be shooting with other cast members.

Previously Mani directed Aishwarya Rai at the same location for Barso Re song from Guru.

aishwaryaAishwarya Rai can’t stop gushing about her husband Abhishek Bachchan and says they share a special bond and she identifies a lot with him.

“I admire him for his approach to work. He understands cinema so well that he is not afraid of taking risks. He stands by his family, friends all the time and because of this I identify a lot with him,” Aishwarya told IANS in New Delhi on Saturday.

“I know him for a very long time now. Together we have grown from actors to colleagues to friends and now we share a very special bond. It is definitely a nice feeling,” she added.

Aishwarya, the brand ambassador of Swiss watch brand Longines, was in the national capital to open its exclusive boutique in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon.

Dressed in a one-shoulder lemon dress, the actress was in a chirpy mood.

She will soon be seen in Shankar’s Robot.

aishwaryaAishwarya Bachchan is currently wrapping her Robot film shoot in hurry to arrive back in India, just to be with her hubby Abhishek Bachchan on October 1st for his film Drona’s premiere in Mumbai.

Confirming us the news, Aish’s secretary Hari Singh said, “Aishwarya was in Peru till last week for a song shoot of Shankar’s Enthiran (formerly called Robot) starring South Superstar Rajinikanth. Now presently she is shooting for the film in the rain forests of Brazil. She wants to be with Abhishek’s side on his big day on October 1st. She is as excited as him to check him out in his first super hero avatar.”

One can remember, Abhishek making a late entry for Aishwarya’s Jodhaa Akbar premiere held on February 14th at the Imax Multiplex in Wadala, Mumbai. Abhishek was shooting in Jaipur that time for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Dilli 6. He was to reach on time but a flight delay made him arrive at the venue at around 11:30 pm just when the film was about to finish.

Abhishek Bachchan who had a fling with Rani Mukerji is now a happily married man. His gorgeous wife Aishwarya Rai tries to show the public that she is blessed with a lovable hubby and parent in laws.  

In a recent interview with Rani Mukerji, she diplomatically disclosed that she was in love with Abhishek still. But latter on covered her statement by saying that she was in love with his work, his dedication and Blah Blah Blah…… With a series of love failures, one can easily make out that Rani may now out for hibernation.  

She clarified that she was in good terms with her own parents and also brushed out the media rumors aside which disclosed that she will opt for a bachelor life from now on like Sushmita Sen.
