Bebo is all set to play the role of a sex-worker in Sanjay Leela Bhansali next flick, Heera Mandi. The film will star Abhishek in the lead opp Kareena. Sanjay and Bebo were looking forward to work together from a very long time but due to personal and professional reasons their plans fell apart every time.

Bhansali will start working on the film as soon as he wraps up Guzaarish which has Hrithik Roshan and Aishwaya Rai in lead. In fact, the buzz also suggested that Bhansali, who is quite impressed with Hrithik’s work in Guzaarish, might sign him for the project. But sources claim that Abhi is a strong contender to play the film’s lead actor.

Kareena made her debut with Abhishek in the year 2000 with the movie Refugee and later they were seen together in Sooraj Barjatya’s film Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon in the year 2003.

Thje super sexy Kareena Kapoor wants to be well-rounded again. Well, she has recovered from her ‘Size Zero’ frenzy I guess. The actress, who was quite healthy as a teenager, once again wants to get back those curves, which she shed during the making of ‘Tashan’.

The actress, who is shooting ‘Golmaal 3’ in Hyderabad, revealed that, “For once, things are the exact opposite for the two of us. Lolo (Karisma) is trying to lose her post natal fat; and I’m trying to put on a little weight.”

“I want to be perfectly rounded. I’m bored of being too thin. And I actually enjoy eating at a neighbourhood café,” Kareena said.

Bebo is also missing her family like hell. “God I’m missing Mumbai and I’m missing spending time with Lolo and my nephew,” she said.

The Bollywood stars are usually camera happy and love to be photographed with international celebs. But, Bollywood’s Bebo is an exception. She declined an invitation to meet Cheryl Cole at Cannes.

Says a source close to Kapoor,

“Bebo was to attend the international film festival. Cole was already there to perform a 30-minute set at a party thrown by luxury jewellery firm de Grisogono on May 18 at the Hotel du Cap.The singer had performed in front of a star-studded crowd including Naomi Campbell and fashion heir Margherita Missoni. The organisers heard that Cole was keen on meeting the Indian actress and an invitation for the A-List event was sent out to her.”

The source adds that Kareena, who’s shooting for Golmaal 3 in Goa, had to give it a miss.

“Though her managers were informed of the invitation, Bebo herself had to turn it down as the Golmaal 3 schedule in Goa had been fixed months ago and they were shooting the film’s climax with the entire cast (20 people in all). There was no way she could have opted out and made it to the party in France.”

Says Bebo, “I was invited to attend Cheryl’s party but was in Goa and overworked. Of course, it would have been fun to go and I would have loved to attend. I love her songs and was very keen on meeting her. Maybe I’ll meet her if I go to Cannes next year.”

Boney Kapoor is a troubled man these days. The producer is bearing the brunt of Kareena and Shahid Kapoor’s messy break-up as even after Bebo promised to go the extra mile and shoot a promotional video for ‘Milenge Milenge’; she refuses to act on her commitments.

Despite Boney arranging a separate shoot on her request so that she doesn’t have to bump into her ex-lover Shahid, she did not show up for the shoot.

The film that has been held on hold for the longest time now might not see the light of day. Talking about Kareena’s starry ways, a source said, “On Kareena’s say they decided to shoot the promotional video separately and merge them while editing. Shahid shot his part, and Bebo still had to finish her part. But the actress kept postponing and giving her dates to her other projects. She was busy shooting for Stepmom and now it is Golmaal 3 in Goa.”

The source continues, “Boney had a word with Kareeena while she was in Goa and plans were also getting implemented for them to go shoot her part in Goa. But her hectic schedule in Goa also cancelled this plan. Now that she is returning back to Mumbai, he plans to get her dates and finish off her portion for the promotional video as soon as possible.”

Bollywood sizzling beauty Kareena Kapoor had to wake up at an unearthly 3.30 am and board a flight to Goa with friends director Lovely Singh and Tusshar Kapoor. Bebo was in Mumbai to complete the patch work on the Hindi version of Step Mom, and then she had to fly to Goa really early because another unit was waiting for her to start shooting.

Naturally, one spotted her rubbing sleep from her eyes as she boarded her plane.

The Chameli of bollywood Kareena Kapoor is basking in the glory of 3 Idiots. The actress gave two flops in 2010 in the form of Main aur Mrs. Khanna and Kurbaan. But she made a comeback with the blockbuster opposite Aamir Khan. Not one to rest on past laurels, she has already begun work on her next projects. Her upcoming ventures include Golmaal 3, Stepmom remake and beau Saif’s production, Agent Vinod.

Kareena is very excited at the prospect of starring with Saif in this spy thriller. Directed by Sriram Raghvan, the film is a slick spy-flick. It has both Saif and Kareena playing secret agents. The latest buzz is that Bebo will be seen in a negative avatar in the film. The lady will play a Pakistan CIA agent. A war-like situation arises in Asia in the film. She will be seen working with corporate biggies who hope to cash in on the state of affairs. However, it will be later revealed that she is a spy of the Pakistani Government in the end.

Recently, we caught sight of a bearded Shahid — it’s hard not to! — while he was out doing promotional work for his upcoming films, Paathshaala which releases this Friday and Badmaash Company. The reason for the bearded look, we found out, is for his father Pankaj Kapoor’s next film, Mausam, in which he plays an air force pilot.

Nithya Ramani quizzed Shahid about his many looks, his childhood crushes and how he became independent at a young age. Excerpts:
We couldn’t recognise you in this new look. Is this for Mausam?

I’ll take that as a compliment [smiles]. Yes, it is for Mausam.

When I was promoting Jab We Met, I was in my Kismet Konnection look –with long hair. When I was promoting Kismet, I was in my Kaminey look. And while promoting Kaminey I was in my Badmaash Company look. Now I’m promoting Paathshala in my Mausam look.

The sizzling beauty Kareena Kapoor cannot stop being ecstatic after delivering one of the recent box office blockbuster 3 IDIOTS. Now, the actress has another reason to feel cheered up. Her sister Karishma Kapoor recently delivered a baby boy.

Moreover, Kareena’s love life with Saif is also going steady. In a recent interview, Kareena admitted that of all the three Khan’s in B-Town, she had chosen the safest one.

Kareena is getting set to play another role opposite her beau in the film AGENT VINOD. The actress is also in talks with filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar and the two might do a film together.

This calendar seems to be bringing in bundles of joy for Bebo in terms of professional and personal life. Well, let’s hope Bebo makes the most of it.

Last week Karan Johar played the catalyst, making Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor not only acknowledge each other’s presence but actually strike up a conversation, and a pretty warm one at that. The venue for this patch up was Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow, Mannat, where King Khan had hosted a celebration for My Name Is Khan. Says a source, “Shahid and Kareena came face to face and everyone thought they would simply ignore each other like they have on so many occasions in the past. But this time, Karan happened to be present right there and instead of marching past each other, they slowed down for a bit. And the rest, as they say, is history.”

Even after the ice was broken, neither Shahid or Kareena seemed in a rush to get back to more comfortable company. They had a pretty warm exchange and a little later even Saif, who was present at the party, joined them.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are tired of media reports saying that they’ve gotten married secretly.

And the reports don’t stop there. They also claim that the couple has hidden the wedding not just from the public but also from their families. Naturally, the star couple isn’t smiling at this.

Apparently, there were rumors that the two of them got engaged in the presence of a maulvi on February 6th at Saif’s residence and that he’s also gifted a car to Kareena.

The couple is in a bad mood since this news is doing the rounds. Kareena has asserted that these rumors have no sense to them and that the couple will marry only after five years.

Well, how much longer will this couple battle with the media? Only time will tell.

Apparently, things are not well between the two KKs – Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. But then that’s what happens when two pretty women with humongous egos come together. Last heard, the glam dolls have been openly criticising and talking about their dislike for each other at the recently held Star Screen Awards, held at the Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.

So when the organisers asked Bebo to give away an award to Katrina, she simply refused saying that Kat too had declined to give away her a trophy, so why should she? Point taken Bebo!

But knowing Katrina, who has always been politically correct, what prompted her to do so we wonder. Perhaps the paycheques! Remember, Kareena is the highest paid actress in B-town.
