Yoga is definitely one of the major factors … the driving force behind Shilpa’s sexed up self. But the leggy lass says there’s more to her being sexy and sassy! The sexy Shetty revealed some of the lesser known aspects of her life on her blog recently.

About her hour glass figure: Apart from yoga she gives credit to her healthy eating habits and says consuming lots of water is one thing she never misses out on.

What many don’t know about Shilpa is that the sexy siren who has a beautiful, ‘to die for’ lean figure is actually a complete foodie. And she has a few favourites too.

“I am addicted to green tea. I love Rasagollas, ” she reveals. Shilpa Shetty also informs that she not only loves eating but is an amazing cook too.

Shilpa Shetty put her foot down a little too hard this time. While getting out of her car she accidently steeped into an under-construction area and injured her foot very badly.

“I didn’t know how terrible the gash was until the blood started pouring out. I had to get fifteen stitches, ” shudders Shilpa still in considerable pain.

A whole song-and-dance sequence for the film The Man had to be apparently cancelled, though Shilpa isn’t making a song-and-dance about her injury.

But a much worse setback now awaits her schedule. Early this week she is supposed to leave for London for a photo-shoot for an international magazine. “But there’s no way I can manage it with that deep wound and the limp, “she wails.

Shilpa Shetty injured her wrist and has been advised a three-month rest by her doctor. The actress has no clue as to what caused the injury.

“Either it happened because I was practising cartwheels for my new action film or it could be because of the wear and tear that happens in weight training,” she says.

Shilpa has found ways to camouflage the injury on screen. “I’ll wear a long sleeve top for Bigg Boss and I’ll wear a fat kada for Sunny Deol’s The Man.”

The actress is now at home devoting to those activities that she had kept on hold because of her tight schedule.

“I have started reading scripts that I did not have time to read earlier. But I am going to be very careful about what I say yes to. I want to do films where my character is exceptionally well developed. I don’t want to do multistarrers,” she said.

Shilpa Shetty must have scorched the ramp looking stunningly beautiful in a bridal outfit designed by Tarun Tahiliani, but the Big Brother star is in no hurry to tie the knot with boyfriend Raj Kundra.

When Shilpa was asked by a reporter about her marriage, she said, “Well, I was meant to look like a bride! Since walking the ramp for Tarun, I’ve been asked this question a million times after I wore this particular outfit. Well, let me tell you that I haven’t decided my wedding date but I do hope to wear such a beautiful outfit on my wedding day, whenever it happens.”

Shilpa Shetty insists that she is confident on the ramp and wished that she must have been a model, “I was a bit scared as the ghagra was slightly loose and kept drooping every time I walked. I told Tarun it felt airy but fortunately, there were no wardrobe malfunctions. I am never nervous walking the ramp and wish I could’ve become a model. I always walk for Tarun. In fact he’s the only designer I walk for,” added Shilpa.

PEOPLE also reports why she has always guarded her private life, especially moments spent with former business partner turned boyfriend Raj Kundra.  But she doesn’t deny that her relationship with Raj, who is based in London, is everything that she had imagined.  Fighting back Raj’s ex-wife Kavita’s allegations that Shilpa is a home-wrecker, the actress tells PEOPLE that she met Raj after his separation from Kavita and that she (Shilpa) could never have pursued him because she is “old-fashioned for that”.
